  • Is it free to sign up?

    Yes it is.

  • Can I use my address to only place orders online?

    No you can also use it if a family member would like to send you something via Air Or Sea.

  • Can I do the pack a box year round?

    Yes you can ,you can choose to do your grocery boxes at any time.

  • Do I need to stick to the list online?

    No You can create your own list and it will be processed.

  • How long does it take for a package to accumulate rent?

    One week.

  • What are your rates?

    Air $10.00 per pound 

    Sea $25 per cubic feet

  • Do I need to insure my packages?

    You can Insure your packages if you like, Let us know before package arrives to our warehouse.

  • Do I need to pay customs duties?

    Yes you do if the cost of the item is above US $22.

  • Do I need to submit invoices?

    Yes you do ,you can upload invoices on our website or email them to shoponline@globalexpressstlucia.com

  • How many Locations do you have?

    We have two locations,one in Marisule and one on Brazil street.

  • Can I ask for my packages to be picked up at any location?

    Yes you can.

  • Can I send someone to pick up a package on my behalf?

    Yes you can but you would need to send authorization to do so.
