Terms & Conditions
- Customers are encouraged to request insurance for packages valued at over $100 USD during transit from Miami to Saint Lucia.
- Please note that after one week, stored goods will incur rent charges, and after a month, they may be subject to auction.
- For packages with a total dimensional size (sum of length, width, and height in inches) exceeding ninety (90) inches, fees will be calculated based on dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is determined as (length x width x height, in inches) divided by 166.
- It's important to be aware that any package held by customs remains responsible for freight charges.
- Shipping fees for sea freight are based on the actual size of the package which is measured in cubic feet. Cubic feet is calculated as (length x width x height, in inches) / 1728.
